What RevealLoop does, who uses it, how the AI predicts waste, how carbon and compliance work, and who actually pays.
RevealLoop is an AI intelligence layer for circular supply chains. It predicts where industrial waste will appear, scores what each by-product is actually worth, and matches it with cross-industry buyers so the loop closes commercially, not just rhetorically.
Four audiences. Suppliers with by-product streams (agriculture, food, demolition, manufacturing). Buyers sourcing alternative inputs. Enterprise sustainability teams that need impact-estimated carbon and jurisdiction scoring. Governments running national circular-economy programs.
Most industrial waste has commercial value, but the buyer sits in a different industry and nobody connects the two. RevealLoop finds those non-obvious matches across 12 industries and 40+ jurisdictions, then handles the pricing, carbon, regulatory, and logistics layers needed to actually close the deal.
Waste exchanges list what already exists. RevealLoop predicts what will exist (harvest forecasts, demolition permits, manufacturing outputs) and ranks reuse pathways across industries. It is closer to a forecasting and matching engine than a classifieds board.
Agricultural shells and pulps, brewery and food processing residues, demolition concrete and aggregates, textile cutting offcuts, lithium-ion battery scrap, cosmetics raw streams, manufacturing offcuts, packaging substrates, and more. New streams are added as suppliers onboard.
Twelve at launch: construction, agriculture, food, manufacturing, chemicals, electronics, packaging, textiles, mining, cosmetics, renewables, and automotive. Cross-industry matches (agriculture to cosmetics, food to packaging) are the highest-value loops.
The Supply Detection Agent ingests harvest forecasts, ingredient manufacturing outputs, food processing facility data, demolition permits, shipping manifests, commodity reports, and waste-management databases. It outputs forecasts like '500 t walnut shell waste expected in Q4' weeks or months ahead of physical availability.
The Material Intelligence Agent returns a composition fingerprint, mechanical and thermal properties, and a top-5 ranked reuse pathway list with confidence scoring. Humans approve any food-grade, pharma-grade, or cross-border reuse claim before it is acted on.
Optional. The Logistics Agent can handle routing, shipping feasibility, cost calculation, carrier selection, and settlement when the buyer or supplier wants us to. Many businesses already have preferred freight forwarders or 3PL partners and can plug those in instead. RevealLoop never owns trucks or warehouses, it coordinates verified third parties (yours or ours).
The Regulatory AI Agent tracks EU REACH, FDA 21 CFR, Basel Convention, EN 13242, ISO 22716, food safety, chemical restrictions, waste export laws, and ingredient certifications. Each jurisdiction returns a green, yellow, or red score with the underlying reasoning.
Suppliers and buyers participate free, both sides of the loop, at any size. We earn a 3% take-rate when a loop actually closes. Enterprise sustainability teams pay for impact-estimated carbon and the full agent stack. Governments pay annual licences for national intelligence. The business is aligned with loops closed, not gates erected.
A 3% take-rate on the gross merchandise value of every closed loop (4-5% on enterprise-routed flows), plus a small per-tonne fee on issued carbon receipts. On a £180k almond-shell deal, RevealLoop earns roughly £7.1k across take-rate, carbon receipt, and regulatory add-on. Zero if the loop doesn't close.
On a £180k almond-shell loop, a 3% take-rate is £5.4k, the carbon receipt fee adds roughly £1.2k, and regulatory add-ons account for the balance, totaling around £7.1k. Suppliers and buyers pay nothing on top.
The buyer of the by-product, by default, because the avoided-emissions are tied to displacing virgin material. RevealLoop issues the receipt as an impact estimate and the buyer can retain or resell it. Splits are configurable per contract.
Each receipt cites the displaced virgin material, the lifecycle factors used, and the underlying transaction. Receipts today are impact estimates, structured to be third-party reviewable and aligned with common voluntary market conventions. Full audit-grade and certification alignment (for example ISO 14064, verified carbon standards) is on the roadmap, not a current guarantee.
Three layers compounding: (1) the corpus of by-product compositions and reuse pathways, (2) closed-loop transaction data calibrating prices and confidence, (3) regulatory rule embeddings across 40+ jurisdictions.
Every cross-border shipment, every food-grade or pharma-grade reuse claim, every issued carbon receipt, and every counterparty above a configurable risk threshold goes through a named human approver in the Pending Approvals queue.
Supplier volume forecasts and buyer demand are confidential by default. Aggregated, anonymized signals can power industry intelligence, but no counterparty sees another's raw data without an explicit match. Enterprise tier includes private workspaces and SSO.
